Postage Information

We understand that when you pay good money for something you don't want to be waiting forever to receive it, so with this in mind we endevour to ship all orders same day as payment so that you get your order as soon as possible.

Things that might prevent an order being sent same day as payment:

  • The order was placed after 1:00pm. We do pack orders right up until 4:30pm but depending on the quantity of orders placed your order might leave the next business day however we do endevour to send all orders same day as payment.
  • You have ordered a custom product (custom shirt, sticker, other). While we do our best to get these products designed and sent same day as payment if you have ordered a large quantity or again there is a backlog of orders there may be a slight delay. Usually this delay is only 24hours however if there is going to be a longer delay you will be contacted by one of our staff via phone or email.
  • The product you have ordered is out of stock. With a huge stock range and numerous orders being placed daily unfortunately on rare occasions you may order a product that we have recently sold out of. In this event you will be contacted immediately and offered to either choose another product or to receive a refund of this product only or the whole order.

If you spend over $250 you are eligible to receive free regular shipping.

All of our orders come with parcel tracking. You should receive a tracking number within 48 hours (during business days) of your purchase, if you do not please contact us via phone Ph: 02 4973 3011 or email and we will provide you with them.

AnchorWrong Size?

If the item you have purchased is the wrong size and you live in Australia, please contact us on 02 4973 3011 or email . Please note that the item must be in "new/unused" condition and must be shipped back in the original packaging in order to be exchanged. To and from P&P charges are to be covered by the purchaser. In this event we will usually request that you send your product back with a return bag enclosed so we don't have to charge you extra postage.




All products sold by Roller Derby Heaven come with standard manufacturing guarantees against faults: If the product has a manufacturing fault we will replace it free of charge once we are satisfied that the fault is as a result of manufacturing and NOT from extreme riding or over use. If it is practical to repair a faulty product then we will, or else at our discretion, we will replace the product.

If the product fails due to wear and tear, accident, neglect or negligence, or if it is outside the warranty period, we will happily repair it for a reasonable charge. Please contact us for more information.
